Meet the Founder

Kim Srisark, MS

Kim has worked with dogs for her entire adult life. She has owned grooming salons since she was 23, and she co-founded a grooming franchise that grew to 24 locations. Thousands of dogs have passed through her hands, and with them, a quiet kind of knowledge: the coat that turns dull every winter, the dog who panics under a warm dryer, the fold that needs a little more care.

Alongside that hands-on work, Kim went deep into the why. She earned her master's degree, trained as an Ayurvedic practitioner and animal naturopath, and continued her education in integrative and functional nutrition. Ayurveda gave her a language for what she had seen for years: dogs, like people, tend toward patterns, and care works best when it fits the pattern.

Ojara is the result. Botanical, Ayurvedic-informed grooming rituals organized around three simple types, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, so any dog owner can choose care that actually fits their dog, with clear directions and a clear sense of where grooming ends and veterinary care begins.
