About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ojarabotanicals.com and any related pages, quizzes, emails, and services (together, the "Site") operated by Ojara Botanicals ("Ojara," "we," "us," or "our"), and your purchase of Ojara products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Not veterinary advice

Ojara products are cosmetic grooming products for dogs. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Content on the Site, including the Dog Dosha Quiz, ritual types, product recommendations, and grooming tips, is based on Ayurvedic-informed grooming traditions and is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your veterinarian about your dog's health, and seek veterinary care promptly if your dog has irritated, broken, infected, or unusual skin, or any change in health or behavior.

Safe use of products

Use Ojara products only as directed on the label and on the Site. Products are for external use on dogs only.

Before first use, patch test a small area and wait 24 hours. Keep products away from your dog's eyes, nose, mouth, and genitals, and do not apply to broken, red, irritated, or moist skin. Discontinue use and contact your veterinarian if irritation or any reaction occurs.

Do not allow your dog to ingest products. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Our products contain botanical ingredients and essential or plant oils. Review the full ingredient list before use, and do not use a product if your dog has a known sensitivity to any ingredient.

Products are not formulated for use on cats or other animals. Consult your veterinarian before use on puppies, pregnant or nursing dogs, or dogs with a medical condition or under veterinary care.

Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Because our products are made with natural ingredients, color, scent, and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch and from photos on the Site. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error free.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.

Order confirmation emails do not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when your order ships.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Returns policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when we deliver them to the carrier.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to any terms stated with the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Wholesale and professional products

Some Ojara products are sold only to licensed grooming professionals and approved wholesale partners. Wholesale purchases are subject to separate terms provided at the time of approval.

Quiz, emails, and communications

When you take the Dog Dosha Quiz or submit a form, you agree that we may use the information you provide to deliver your results and respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, with credit where practical. You confirm that you own the content and that it is truthful and does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, quiz content, and the Ojara name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Ojara Botanicals and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, to submit false information, or to scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the Site by automated means.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as social media platforms and payment processors. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR QUIZ.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OJARA BOTANICALS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ojara Botanicals and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or our products will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
